Business AI Coach

About

Operators, not career consultants.

We don't advise from the sidelines.

We've built, bought and operated real businesses, managed teams, dealt with customers, chased margins, handled hiring problems and lived with the consequences of bad systems.

That changes the way we approach AI.

We don't start with technology. We start with the business.

The people

Run by someone who has run the kind of business you run.

Jack Visick, Operator · Founder · AI Strategist

Jack Visick

Operator · Founder · AI Strategist

Jack has spent his career operating businesses rather than advising them, across hospitality, technology, brands and services: a multi-site hospitality group (Coal & Co), a B2B marketplace (Chef Pantry), a coffee brand (Need), a restaurant booking platform (Halfseat) and several software companies including Plateful. He sits on the board of several others and has built, bought and sold across all of them. He tests AI inside the businesses he actually operates before recommending it to anyone else, and he judges it the way every owner does: by whether the business runs better. The sector changes. The operating problems don't.

How we work

Four rules we don't break.

  1. 01

Start with the business. Then choose the technology.

We don't arrive with a tool to sell. We arrive with questions about where time and money leak, what managers spend their day on, and what the business would do with the capacity back.

  2. 02

Prove it in one area before you talk about transformation.

One meaningful part of the business, redesigned, measured, adopted. Then the next. Pilots that never touch the P&L are how AI projects die.

  3. 03

Build it so it gets used.

A system nobody opens on Monday morning is a cost. Adoption is designed in from the start: an internal owner, an exception path, training, and the old way switched off.

  4. 04

    Measure like an owner.

Hours reclaimed, error rate, cycle time, revenue. Counted, not estimated. If it doesn't make the business better, we say so and stop.

The businesses behind us

Operators of, and trusted by.

Does it actually make the business better?

That is the only standard we judge AI by, because it is the one every business owner uses. If you want people who understand business first, start with a conversation.
